Black teen shoplifting caught on video escapes with a spanking at the hands of security guard

Punishment of the security officer on the videotape involves a young black teen who was caught shoplifting from the store. Another young woman who could be identified as 18 year old amateur was seen hitting in the garage and had to be held for sometime.
